Great team working there! They found me the car I was looking for. Kai was my salesman and took great care of me. He made sure I was well informed and well taken care of. Adam the finance manager made me feel super comfortable and understanding of all of the options presented to me. I did not feel pressured at all to buy any of the packages. Ashley the store manager did amazing working with me and making the sale work with my needs. The service manager, Tyler, did a great job with communicating any issues I had. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. This was honestly hands down the best and my most favourite experience I've had with any dealership. These guys really care about their customers and I highly recommend their service.

We were looking for a truck for my husband and we went to Subaru . since day one my husband found the truck he was looking for. Maica was very helpful with all the Information and question that we had. Laarni the manger make us feel so comfortable that we felt we instantly felt that we were doing a great deal. We had a great experience and happy customer! For sure I will recommend Subaru, and also I will buy again from them when I need it. Thanks all the people involved. We are so happy with the purchase.

Our car salesman Andrew was extremely great and flexible. He has a warm and highly motivated personality. The atmosphere was so special that it really felt like home to all of us. All respect for Andrew who does a great job there; A true example of a excellent salesman. I recommend him to anyone who wants to visit Grande Prairie Subaru!

When I drove up to Subaru Micah approached me and helped me right away. She was very informative, helpful and pleasant to deal with. So I bought a Forester from her. They loaned me a courtesy vehicle while they were getting my forester ready for me. Overall I am very pleased with my new Forester and the service I have received so far.

Today I bought a vehicle and it was an amazing experience. The team at Grande Prairie Subaru did an exceptional job from start to finish. A huge shout to the salesman Benji for answering all my questions and ensuring I purchased the right vehicle for me. Benji was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, never pressuring me in any direction. I'd also like to highlight the finance manager Adam for his thoroughness in explaining all the financial aspects of the deal. His rad vibe was most appreciated! I had the pleasure of working with Kai (pictured), Ashlee, and Kim! All three of them were very pleasant and patient with me. Kai checked in to make sure things were as I wanted them and was quite knowledgeable about the vehicles I inquired about. Ashlee was quick with any issues that arouse. Kim went above and beyond. The customer service was amazing as a first time buyer. They answered all my questions and kept great communication throughout the process. I’d highly recommend anyone go visit them for new or used vehicles. :)

I want to thank all the sales staff for the wonderful experience. I went there to get a value assessment on my wifes Ascent and bought a 2025 Forester.
